
Italian Pasta Salad
Kappa Recipe
Ingredients
400g of pasta
250g of mozzarella / feta
200g of cherry tomatoes
4 tsp of olive oil
4 tsp red pesto
Salt

Directions
Cook the pasta
While the pasta is cooking, cut the cherry tomatoes, and put salt on them
Add the olive oil on the tomatoes
Drain the pasta when cooked and add them while still hot into the bowl
Add the cheese, cut into chunks slightly bigger than the tomato chunks
Serve while warm, or cold.
