Italian Pasta Salad

Kappa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400g of pasta

  • 250g of mozzarella / feta

  • 200g of cherry tomatoes

  • 4 tsp of olive oil

  • 4 tsp red pesto

  • Salt

  • Origan

Directions

  • Cook the pasta

  • While the pasta is cooking, cut the cherry tomatoes, and put salt on them

  • Add the olive oil on the tomatoes

  • Drain the pasta when cooked and add them while still hot into the bowl

  • Add the cheese, cut into chunks slightly bigger than the tomato chunks

  • Serve while warm, or cold.
